- Is it safe to buy an expensive watch from you on eBay?
- Eligible watches sold through our eBay store go through eBay's Authenticity Guarantee, where an independent authenticator inspects the watch before it reaches you. Several of our eBay buyers mention that this removed their concerns about buying a high-value watch online.
- Why is your office in a WeWork?
- We are an online dealer. Our Midtown Manhattan office at 575 Fifth Ave, 14th Floor, handles operations and client visits by appointment only. We don't run a walk-in showroom.
- Can I see a watch in person?
- By appointment only, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. We are closed on weekends; messages sent then are answered the next business day.
- Are your watches authentic?
- Unworn watches carry the manufacturer's warranty. Pre-owned watches are WatchCSA certified authentic and backed by our 2-year warranty.
